insulation for mi landies

reet im working on mi mk two bed fer mi 90

and after much tought about insulation im undeiced

anyone insulated there landie and what did yer use

did mine sometime ago, i used 2"/50mm kingspan same as celotext.
and 1/4"/6mm ply on the sides and roof.
keeps the warmth in and makes it a lot less noisey!

polystyrene (if thats how ya spell it)
makes a right mess everywhere and kingspan is a better insulator

i dont think a bear would be a very good insulator ? it might how ever be a very good burglar deterent

I'm doing the rear of mine with kingspan as im gettin it fer nowt from werk. it is a far better insulator than polystyrene and works well for sound deadening

ive aquirred mi kingspan so termmoras insulation and matting day
ive got misel some indoor running trak fer mi floors 14mm rubber
reacon i might be able yer hear mi radio next week
